Review: The Book Thief

I enjoy reading something different and this was. I borrowed it as an eBook from my local library. I did not realize until I was finished that it was considered a YA book. I think there is something for everyone in this book.
I loved the fact that Death was the narrator. A non-spoiler spoiler, everyone dies. I am not going to tell you how, but remember that Death is telling the story.
I have seen people complain about the language in the reviews. I did not notice, maybe because I do not speak German. Taking place in World War Two Germany, we follow the story from the country that lost the war. And we follow the story as Death tells us about the 'Book Thief', a girl who really does not steal a lot of books.
Enjoyable fiction. Take time to read it.
